Some “Observations or Notes” on a Dislocated Chronotope: Basic Upbringing

Abstract

This article aims at exploring contemporary linguistic polite behaviour, starting from what the phrase “basic upbringing” means to current locutors, in relation to some of the precepts promoted by the Christian religion. In my markedly theoretical endeavour, I turn to methodology pertaining to psycholinguistics, pragmatics, conversation theory and theology.

REZUMAT

În articol, îmi propun să explorez comportamentul politicos glotic contemporan, pornind de la ceea ce înseamnă sintagma „educaţie de bază” pentru locutorii actuali, în raport cu unele dintre preceptele promovate de religia creştină. În acest demers cu un contur preponderent teoretic, mă sprijin pe metodologii legate de psiholingvistică, pragmatică, teoria conversaţiei şi teologie.
