The study highlights a dynamic process of the recomposition of legitimacy based on the use of implicit discourse by the Secretary-General of the PJD during the pre-electoral period. On the one hand, the discourse reframes defeat as an ordinary event while implicitly suggesting, without explicit evidence, the existence of interference, thereby establishing a strategic form of doubt. On the other hand, it mobilizes various disqualification strategies targeting opponents (asymmetrical comparison, irony, ad hominem attacks) and contributes to the deconstruction of governmental discourse. At the same time, an internal dimension of remobilization emerges through mechanisms of moral blame and implicit promise. Altogether, this reveals a tension between fragility and assertion, in which political legitimacy is discursively constructed as a dynamic process of reclaiming symbolic power.
